Aged for at least 100 days in oak barrels in Italy.
A perfect balance between ripe fruit and subtle oak notes thanks to ageing in oak barrels. Ruby red in colour with copper reflections, and an aroma of black cherries, ripe berries, vanilla and a hint of chocolate. The taste is full and fruity, with a dry finish and notes of gentle spices.

For our Zero Sugar Wine, the grapes are harvested early, while their sugar content is still low.
Our winemaker, Daniele, then applies a combination of unique and traditional fermentation techniques that naturally convert all present sugars into alcohol.
Thanks to this carefully controlled fermentation process, no residual sugars remain. This allows our wines to officially carry the ‘sugar free’ label, complete with a certified nutritional label.

The grapes used for Zero Sugar Wine are picked early so there are not many sugars in the grape yet. Then our winemaker Daniële combines unique and traditional fermentation techniques to convert all the sugars into alcohol in a completely natural way. This fermentation ensures that all the sugars in the grape are completely converted into alcohol and that no residual sugars remain, as in other quality wines.
Yes, all PURE Zero Sugar wines contain 10.5% alcohol.
According to the Dutch Nutrition Center, there is an average of 8.9 grams of sugar in a 150gr/ml wine glass. That is converted to more than two sugar cubes per glass.
